Cardamom,,,」は、「食」に関わる様々な人が集い楽しむ交流拠点として、新しい食文化や食を通じた新たなライフスタイルを提案していく「食のプラットフォーム」です。 ピッチコンテスト「K,D,C,,, FOOD Challenge」は、日本のフードチャレンジャーを支援し、社会実装することで「新しい食文化」を創っていくべく、ＪＲ東日本 東京感動線、Future Food
